Here is an update on life with my new buddies. Having lost 3 cats to age in the last 2 years, I looked to a reliable rescue service. My son Aaron knows cats and suggested Second Chance Cats of West Michigan! Their wise staff directed me towards matches that were not my first choice but upon reflection, they were 100% RIGHT! C C (for Copy Cat) has been with me for just over a week now. We are fast friends and he’s a perfect fit. Today I went outside for a minute and came in Sor Romeo was laying on the floor with C C and they were grooming each other like the grew up together! I carefully stepped over them and they both are so secure they didn’t move. I couldn’t be happier as this all started almost a year ago now with Mr MOE. He is the gentle giant with a personality that is so unique . He’s very loving with his chainsaw purr – so loud. My advice to anybody looking for a new friend is to work with the people there and match a cat to you by personality not looks. The long term outcome will be much better. A Vet friend once stated Cats are such elegant creatures. I totally agree and remind people to study cats and their behavior and possible health concerns so your relation with your buddy will be long and problem free. Please if possible, help support this business as a donation save cats lives and then they can go on to enrich human lives like these guys have mine.

If you want to adopt a new feline friend, we have many cats and kittens available. We always recommend adopting in pairs so that your cat has company during the day while you’re at work or school. They also love playing with their kitty friends!
We require an application before bringing your new pet home.
